Air Niugini passengers on both domestic and international flights are encouraged to make use of the airline’s online check-in system to avoid long queues and shorten time spent at the check-in counters at the airport.
The online check-in is an internet self-service facility, which allows all passengers traveling on all Air Niugini and Link PNG destinations, to check-in from 24 hours up to 3 hours before departure. The system is available on Air Niugini’s website (www.airniugini.com.pg). With the online check in service, passengers have the advantage of selecting preferred seats and purchase other services such as extra leg room seats, extra baggage allowances and other products.
To encourage more passengers to use service, the airline is currently running a promotion for online check-in passengers to go into a drawing for a chance to win 2 return tickets to Pohnpei, Federated States of Micronesia. Winners will be drawn monthly from October to December 2016. Read more
