On September 21, 2017, Hong Kong Airlines hosted an exclusive presentation at the InterContinental Downtown Los Angeles, promoting their upcoming route launch LAX – HKG. The event celebrated the airline’s entrance into the Continental U.S. with the inaugural LAX flight, scheduled on December 18, 2017.
While Los Angeles based travel trade agents and representatives enjoyed a Hong Kong themed dinner, they learned details of the new LAX-HKG route, and Hong Kong Airlines executives shared their excitement of becoming a part of the North American market. The event also highlighted Hong Kong Airlines new A350 fleet, new VIP lounge in Hong Kong International Airport, along with ‘Above & Beyond’ inflight services.
