Dear Colleagues,

As we come to the close of 2025, I want to take a moment to speak directly to you – our AirlinePros team across the world – and to thank you for the commitment, resilience, and professionalism you bring to our organisation every single day.

This year has once again reminded us that aviation and tourism are industries defined by constant movement and change. While global travel continues to grow and stabilise, it remains a complex, low-margin business that demands discipline, adaptability, and collaboration. The reality is that even in strong years, success in our industry is never guaranteed – it is earned through expertise, trust, and the dedication of people on the ground.

That is why I am especially proud of what we have achieved together.

Over the past year, AirlinePros has continued to grow in a measured and sustainable way, expanding our global footprint, welcoming new airline partners, and strengthening our capabilities beyond traditional representation. From distribution and commercial solutions to financial services, data, technology, and tourism partnerships, our teams have demonstrated what it truly means to be airline professionals – bringing experience, insight, and integrity to every market we serve.

What sets AirlinePros apart has always been our people. We are a global network of professionals with diverse backgrounds, cultures, and perspectives, united by a shared understanding of this industry and a shared commitment to doing things the right way. Whether you work in sales, customer service, finance, operations, technology, or leadership, your contribution matters – and it is felt far beyond your immediate market.

This year also reminded me of the importance of connection. Aviation and tourism are ultimately about linking people, economies, and cultures, and I was fortunate to reconnect with colleagues and partners across several regions during 2025. Each interaction reinforced the same truth: our strength lies in our relationships and in the trust we build every day.

I would like to take the opportunity to congratulate our award winners – the Tenacity Award – Sudha K for her proficiency and diligence in managing everything that is thrown her way, consistently and never giving up; the Elevate Award – Rebecca Meadows for her role in inspiring, directing, supporting and growing people within the Network; and the High Flyer Award – Hellen Mwamba, for achieving the biggest global impact!

As we look ahead to 2026, we do so with clarity and confidence. The industry will continue to evolve, distribution models will change, and new challenges will emerge. But with our collective experience, global reach, and willingness to adapt, I am confident that AirlinePros is well positioned for the road ahead.

Thank you for your hard work, your loyalty, and your belief in what we are building together. I wish you and your loved ones a peaceful holiday season and a healthy, successful year ahead.

Warm regards,

Achma Asokan
