Session 2, ARA 2024

After Session 1 in India, the Session 2 took off to a vibrant and energetic start on November 21, 2024, at the Ciela, Lusaka, a Tribute Portfolio Resort and Spa.

All the three sessions will focus on leadership training, fostering collaboration, aligning teams, and strengthening relationships across departments.

ARA, which will cover Asia, Africa, and the Americas, is an interactive space for knowledge-sharing, strategic planning, and team building. Besides training, there will be discussions on regional performances, workshops on emerging industry trends, strategies for the upcoming period, and discussions on current projects.

Breakout sessions and other informal activities are planned to encourage cross-departmental conversations and problem-solving, empowering participants to share insights and suggest improvements. There will be dedicated time for networking, allowing the team to build strong professional relationships and exchange ideas.
