Learn about client relationships, sales and how a General Sales Agent (GSA) works on behalf of an airline or a tourism company.

This full-time program combines hands-on learning, mentorship, and real-world projects that help build the skills needed for a successful career in travel and aviation.

Locations: New York, Miami, Houston, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Washington DC

Office Location: Hybrid to Virtual

What You Will Learn

  • How airlines and tourism organizations develop sales strategies
  • How travel trade relationships are built and managed
  • Sales development fundamentals
  • Airline distribution, travel agency, and trade partner networks
  • Market analysis and performance reporting
  • Professional communication, presentation, and networking skills

  • Support sales and sales manager initiatives

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour while in training.
