M A Latif Shahrear Zahedee is the Chief Commercial Officer of AirlinePros Bangladesh, bringing more than two decades of experience in business development, aviation, logistics, supply chain management, and strategic partnerships.
Latif holds an MBA with a major in Finance. He began his career at Radiant Pharmaceuticals in 2005.
As the founder of Ease Logistics, Latif has been actively involved in both air and ocean freight forwarding, giving him a broad understanding of cargo, distribution, supply chains, and the operational requirements that support international commerce.
He is also the founder of AeroMate Services Limited, General Sales Agent for Turkish Airlines, as well as Aerowing Aviation Limited, General Sales Agent for SalamAir. His expertise in airline representation is invaluable, especially in commercial strategy, partner management, and market development.
Serving as a member of the Board of Administration of the Central Asian Volleyball Association reflects his wider experience in leadership, stakeholder engagement, and international collaboration.

MD Nasser Shahrear Zahedee is a prominent entrepreneur, philanthropist, and business leader with over four decades of senior management experience across aviation, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, and distribution. As Managing Partner of AirlinePros Bangladesh, he brings extensive expertise in building international partnerships, developing businesses, and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders.
Nasser has played an important role in developing aviation representation and services in Bangladesh, establishing and nurturing partnerships with leading international airlines and aviation service providers. Through General Sales and Service Agreements with several legacy carriers, he has contributed to expanding airline representation in the market and supporting the growth of Bangladesh’s aviation and travel sectors.
A Master’s degree holder from the University of Dhaka, he has held several senior positions in both Bangladesh and at the Asia-Pacific level. He has contributed to policymaking at the Government level and is internationally renowned as the Vice-President of the Bangladesh Football Federation. His experience is well placed for cross-border collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and institutional leadership.
