As Chief Executive Officer of GROUPE ICARE, he has built recognized expertise in General Sales Agent operations, cargo, travel services, airport support, and strategic advisory for airlines entering or growing within African markets.

Throughout his career, Tidjane has contributed to major aviation initiatives, including the business plan for SPCAR, the strategic project that led to the creation of ASKY Airlines, and the commercial deployment of Air Côte d’Ivoire across several countries in the sub-region.

Through GROUPE ICARE, he has represented and supported airlines and aviation operators such as SKY Mali, Amazon Airlines Benin, CRONOS Airlines, charter services, VIP flights, and bespoke air operations. Known for his deep understanding of African aviation markets, strong partner network, and results-driven leadership, Tidjane is committed to strengthening regional connectivity and delivering practical, market-focused solutions for airline partners. Pierre Tadeshe ASSANDE, also known as Peter, is Chief Commercial Officer at AirlinePros Côte d’Ivoire and a seasoned commercial growth strategist with strong experience in aviation, travel technology, and digital transformation. Based in Abidjan, he brings more than 20 years of expertise in information technology and computer science, including over 13 years focused on travel distribution, airline partnerships, and market development across Central and West Africa.

Before joining AirlinePros, Peter spent more than a decade with Sabre, serving as Senior Regional Director for Francophone Africa. He led GDS market penetration, expanded travel agency networks, strengthened airline relationships, and supported digital adoption across multiple markets.

At AirlinePros Côte d’Ivoire, Peter focuses on strengthening commercial performance, developing strategic partnerships, and supporting airlines as they expand in the Ivorian and wider African markets. He combines sales leadership, operational discipline, and market insight to create sustainable growth for airlines, travel agencies, and industry stakeholders.

Bilingual in French and English, Peter is respected for his cross-cultural leadership, talent development mindset, and ability to translate complex solutions into practical commercial outcomes in dynamic aviation and travel markets.
