Job Summary:
As the Global Head of Marketing & Communications at AirlinePros, you will lead the company’s global marketing vision by driving brand strategy, customer engagement, and marketing initiatives that support client growth and revenue generation across international markets. This role requires a dynamic and strategic leader capable of elevating AirlinePros’ global presence through innovative campaigns, strategic partnerships, and impactful storytelling. The position will oversee branding, public relations, social media, global events, and integrated marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Define and execute a global marketing strategy that strengthens AirlinePros’ brand equity and market visibility.
- Develop long-term plans for brand positioning, customer loyalty, and partner engagement.
- Align marketing initiatives with corporate objectives to maximize revenue growth and business impact.
Global Branding & Communications
- Lead brand management across all channels, crafting consistent messaging that resonates with global audiences.
- Oversee public relations, media relations, and thought leadership initiatives to enhance the company’s global reputation.
- Drive social media strategy, content creation, and digital engagement to expand brand reach and influence.
Market Intelligence & Innovation
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities.
- Develop innovative marketing practices by leveraging new technologies, analytics, and digital media platforms.
- Position AirlinePros as a trusted global partner for airlines and travel industry stakeholders.
Campaign & Event Management
- Develop and manage multi-market marketing campaigns in collaboration with clients across the travel and tourism industry.
- Organize and oversee international events, conferences, and CSR initiatives to strengthen AirlinePros’ industry presence.
- Collaborate with partners and stakeholders to maximize campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Team & Stakeholder Leadership
- Lead and mentor a diverse global Marketing Communications (MARCOM) team.
- Collaborate with global offices to implement marketing plans, enhance brand visibility, and support local PR initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with airline executives, travel agents, and industry partners to expand influence and business opportunities.
Performance & Governance
- Establish KPIs and monitor marketing performance, adjusting strategies to achieve business targets.
- Manage budgets while ensuring optimal resource allocation and measurable returns.
- Provide leadership with actionable insights based on market intelligence and customer data.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of senior marketing leadership experience, preferably within the airline, aviation, or travel industry.
- Proven success in global branding, campaign management, and strategic leadership.
