Headquartered in Bucharest, Blue Air (OB/475) is a Romanian airline with its main hubs at Henri Coandă International Airport (OTP), and Turin Airport (TRN). Blue Air offers flights to over 100 destinations in Europe and the Middle East, including Athens, Barcelona, London, Lisbon, Madrid, Paris, Rome, and Tel Aviv.
Since 2016, Blue Air has become the largest Romanian airline, carrying over 5.6 million passengers during that year. Blue Air operates a fleet of 28 Boeing 737 aircraft series 737-300, 737-400, 737-500, 737-700, and 737-800, featuring newly fitted Recaro seats, designed for passengers’ most comfortable onboard experience. Twelve Boeing 737 MAX-8 will be added to the fleet, beginning Q2 in 2019.
