Senior Manager, Finance
Job Summary:
We're looking for a seasoned finance pro to lead our centralized finance team, overseeing accounting, budgeting and planning, monthly management accounts, and year-end audit reports for AirlinePros and its global subsidiaries. You'll play a key role in driving financial strategy and ensuring compliance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Lead accounting team in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This includes performance of GL account reconciliations, bank reconciliations, reconciliations of subledgers to general ledgers, intercompany accounts,
Issuance of debtors', joint ventures, points-of-sale and business development incentives payables and receivables statements.
Prepare and present monthly management accounts, analyzing financial performance and identifying areas for improvement.
Coordinate year-end audit process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting for AirlinePros and its subsidiaries.
Drive financial planning and budgeting processes, collaborating with business stakeholders.
Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure robust financial governance.
Compliances, procurement, cost effectiveness and managing financial strategy with regular management reviews
Develop and maintain strong MIS and dashboard on Financial position.
Requirements
8+ years of finance experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
CPA/CA or equivalent qualification.
Strong accounting and financial reporting skills, with experience in global subsidiaries and audit processes.
Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Strong understanding and practical experience using appropriate technological systems.

We are looking for a data-driven Pricing Analyst to join the AirlinePros team in India. In this role, you will lead market analysis to identify passenger demand and booking trends, providing the insights necessary to drive commercial success for our airline clients.

- Market Intelligence: Lead comprehensive competitive analysis and benchmarking across all sales channels to monitor fare structures and competitor activity.
- Data Analysis & Modeling: Utilize advanced tools like Power BI, SQL, CIRIUM, and ARC to perform day-to-day analysis. Develop statistical models to evaluate price elasticity, product and pricing dynamics.

- Industry Tools: Experience with GDS platforms such as Amadeus or Sabre is essential and understanding of airline tariffs, fuel cost impact and seasonal demand,.
- Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis, demand forecasting, and competitor benchmarking.
- Experience: Typically 2+ years in travel trade or airline pricing, fare filing, or revenue management.
- Soft Skills: Attention to detail, problem‑solving, cross‑functional coordination, and communication skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
